Obviously, if you are Mexican and live in Juarez or Matamoros, you
aren’t very safe. But the same can be said for the residents of Houston,
Baltimore, and New Orleans as well.
Nonetheless, noted international experts in the Texas Department of
Public Safety have recommended that Americans avoid Mexico in the Texas area.
