Trexlertown, PA, Zi Xiu Tang Success, LLC is voluntarily recalling four lots of Classic Zi Xiu Tang Bee Pollen Capsules, and three lots of Ultimate Formula Capsules to the consumer level. These products have been found to contain undeclared Sibutramine. Sibutramine was a previously approved controlled substance that was removed from the U.S. market in October 2010 for safety reasons, making these products unapproved new drugs.

KRASNYI OKTYABR located at 60 20th street, Brooklyn, NY 11232 is recalling Beer Set Dried Rudd discovered by New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets Food Inspectors during a routine inspection and subsequent analysis of the product by Food Laboratory personnel that confirmed the fish had not been properly eviscerated prior to processing. This product may be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum spores, which can cause Botulism, a serious and potentially fatal food-borne illness.
