Fresno County Grade "A: Milk Recalled

Raw milk and cream from a Fresno County dairy are being recalled after tests found the bacteria campylobacter in the cream. The California Department of Food and Agriculture said on Wednesday it is recalling Grade A raw whole milk, skim milk and raw cream produced by the dairy, Organic Pastures. The recalled products have a code date of Sept. 13. No illnesses have been reported. This is the third time in less than a year that the dairy's raw milk products have been recalled. In May, ten people fell ill after consuming products from Organic Pastures. Tests confirmed campylobacter in the cream. In November, three children who drank Organic Pastures's milk were hospitalized. They were infected by a strain of E. coli that state officials suspect came from the dairy's milk.
